Policies
Return Policy
If you make a mistake in placing your order with us, you will have up to 30 calendar days to contact us to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Product must be returned within 10 days after receipt of the RGA.

There is a 15% restocking fee - the fee will not be waived.

Product must be returned in saleable condition, in the original packaging, inside a carton with the RGA on the return shipping label. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Any special order items may not be returned.

In the event that the error is on the part of MyDoorHardwareStore.com or its suppliers, i.e., wrong finish, quantity or item, a full credit will be issued as long as you (the customer) has followed the above Return Policy. For your added convenience, when it is a MyDoorHardwareStore.com error a Return Label will be sent with a replacement, or mailed to the customer with an RGA number. Also, at the discretion of MyDoorHardwareStore.com, if the return request is less than $50.00, MyDoorHardwareStore.com may not require the product to be returned to us.

Cancellation of Orders Policy

All cancellations of Special Order products must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation of factory-ordered product will be determined by the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturers' penalties or fees.

Backorder Policy
It is MyDoorHardwareStore.com's expection to ship all orders from stock and therefore as complete. However, in the event that the shipment of special orders is being held up due to delays from the manufacturer you (the customer) will be notified when to expect shipment of the items.

Shipping Policies
MyDoorHardwareStore.com will ship the product to you via UPS, Fedex or USPS depending on the available carrier at the time of shipment. All shipping charges will be added to the order after the order form is fill out.  Shipments to addresses outside the United States will initially be shipped from the manufacturer to US address for forwarding to the customer, these orders will only be shipped as complete (no partial shipments).  International shipping charges will be quoted separately from the US domestic shipping charges.

Damaged Goods Policy
MyDoorHardwareStore.com shall not be held liable for loss or damage resulting from delay or the inability to deliver the product due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. labor strikes, fire, flood or other acts of nature). MyDoorHardwareStore.com will contact the carrier and file a claim in the event of carrier damage. Credit will be subject to their approval.
