What is the price?
The discount from the MSRP varies with the manufacturer and with the item. Therefore, please use the Request Quotation to request up-to-date pricing. How long do I have to wait for delivery? We stock virtually every item in the catalogs for immediate shipment. If an item must be backordered we will notify you of the projected ship date. You can always review the status of your order by sending us an email at support@mydoorhardwarestore.com. Are the items new or have they been refurbished? All items are new as received from the manufacturer. Do you have a return policy? Do you have a re-stocking fee? There is a 15% re-stocking fee which will be charged when we receive your returned item. If I need to return an item will you send out a free replacement? If it is an error on your part you can place a new order and we will re-stock the returned item per our Return Policy. However, if we make the error we will send a replacement with instructions on returning the wrong item to us. Do you only ship within the United States?
